This bowing, originally in pencil and inked over, does not correspond with that in the Spohr Violinschule, which retains the bowing of the original edition here.

Probably Paul David's.

The alteration to the bowing (separate bows beginning down-bow), to avoid the up-bow staccato, is probably Paul David's. Ferdinand David was evidently an expert at this stroke, which he frequently included in his editions and his own compositions. Some violinists, as Spohr himself noted in the Violinschule find difficult or impossible to acquire.

'Elbogen herum' (elbow round). The corresponding sign appears just above poussé on the second stave up.

This 'correction' by Paul David does not correspond with the version in Spohr's Violinschule, which is the same as here. None of the annotations in this movement can be confidently identified as Ferdinand David's.
