Léonard's arrangement, first published in 1877, is really a fantasia on Corelli's composition; it contains only variations 1, 2, 5, 7, 12, 13, 17, 18, 10, 15, and 20 (in that order), followed by a lengthy virtuoso cadenza (71 bars) and final statement of the theme. The notes in Meyer's edition differ from those in Marteau's earlier edition for Schott.
