This edition by David and Hermann is based on Peters Ed. nos. 234 and 235 (two vols, with a common plate number), using the plates from the Gesamtausgabe Series III vol. 6. It may date from later than the original plate number implies. Hermann may have edited the keyboard part rather than the violin part.
