Teen who assaulted a Syrian refugee will not face court

A teen who attacked a Syrian refugee at Almondbury Community School will not face court.

The charges against him were dropped due to lack of evidence that it was a "racially aggravated assault".

A viral video clip of the attack showed the 15-year-old pinned down and 'waterboarded' by another pupil.

A GoFundMe account was set up for the victim which has raised more than £120,000.
