SpaceX Delayed

The SpaceX resupply mission to the International Space Station had been delayed due to a massive power outage. The mission which was scheduled to launch today has been delayed until Friday at the earliest accoring to NASA.

The delay is due to a malfuction on the space station which has knocked two power channels offline leaving six still functioning. The station and astronauts aboard are believed to be safe and not considered to be in danger.

However, the loss of power means the large robot arm know as Canadarm2 is running of a single power channel when it needs two to function. Canadarm2 is needed to capture spacecraft which visit the space station as SpaceX was meant to.

The delay follows an unrelated incident of malfunction during a lauchpad test of SpaceX's Dragon Capsule which ended in smoke and flames.
