If someone proposed to me and hadn’t asked my dad I’d say no, it’s a sign of respect in my opinion, I’ve dated people since the age of 14 which to me I was too young, If I could go back I wouldn’t have started dating until I was at least 16, however I do believe in dating, I think it’s nice to get to know someone and what kind of person they are before it gets too serious, love how the music at the beginning and the end really set the tone, gave me a lot of information that I wasn’t aware of
