Mobile phones. Something we all use every single day. Social media, something we also use every day. However, can the phone in our hands or simple applications we visit every day be impacting our mental health so severely? Today, we talk about how much we use our phones, what applications we use the most and how the younger generation may be affected as they are growing up with technology. I decided to interview 23 year accountant, Maleehah and compare her phone usage and opinions on social media with my own.
